I'm so glad I saw this info about chilling cookie dough (even freezing it!) ahead of time. With holiday baking and cookie swaps coming up, this is super helpful managing my limited time. I can make the dough one weekend, portion it, and freeze it. Then I can bake them the following weekend without feeling completely overwhelmed about doing it all one day—and without sacrificing flavor. A complete win, win!
