Kate, check for cappuccino chips in the baking section of your local grocery store. They're usually hiding among all the other chips and chunks, but feel free to substitute in another flavor of chips if you like. (Using white chocolate chips and adding a little espresso powder to the cookie dough is a nice compromise.) Kye@KAF
