I freeze cookie dough balls, bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes, reduce temp to 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes and they are the best! - chewie on inside and crispy edges. I keep a stash of dough balls in the freezer and bake only what I need. Nothing better than fresh baked cookies out of the oven!
