We haven't done the same kind of side-by-side comparisons with frozen cookie dough vs. dough that's baked right away, but we'd assume that you'd get many of the same benefits that you see when you chill your cookie dough. It usually takes at least 30 minutes for the dough balls to freeze, and during that time the cookie dough is essentially chilling. You'll likely see the cookies spread less, brown more, and have a "better," more concentrated flavor. We hope this helps and happy baking! Kye@KAF
