You can use either method, Joan, but we like to freeze already scooped dough. That way you can simply take the frozen dough balls and place them right on a baking sheet and bake from frozen. Add a few additional minutes to the bake time to account for the chilled dough, but other than that, no other changes are necessary. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
