Hi! I actually tried this and it works really well. I made oatmeal cookies. it is really chewy and baked well but my concern is when you placed the baked cookies on a chiller it will harden and not as chewy as before. Is there a way to retain its chewiness/softness even placed on a chiller or its not possible and just need to stay on a room temperature? also. if I make a cookie dough for how many days will it last if its not yet baked? I saw the pic above that there's a 10day old cookie dough. will it be fine? thanks!
