Thanks for the tip on chilling the dough. I have not done that before but will do it. My way to keep the cookies soft as well is to cut the baking time short by 3 to 5 minutes. So they remain softer for those with fewer teeth or none at all and can not eat hard cookies. I will try this along with chilling at various times. Love reading all the ideas.
