Just prior to reading this cookie blog, I made oatmeal cookies and baked 3 batches in last 3 days. Day 1 baked right after dough was made, day 2 baked from 1/2 frozen state, day 3 frozen cookie completely unfrozen and liked day 3 result the best. This cookie blog was spot on. What a coincidence! Making cookies for our animal shelter bake sale/radiothon next Saturday. Made 1/2 batch with choc chip and the other batch with dried cranberries test result was the same.
