This is great! I love the science behind the cooking. Now a new challenge along the same lines. How to get the dough perfect for sugar cookies that will be cut into shapes for decorating so that they cook well, taste good and retain the desired shape. This is my current personal challenge, and I am open to any and all suggestions! Thanks.
