Your ice cream will be super creamy and smooth if you process it in a Vita-mix, Ricky. Yum! Simply combine all of the ingredients listed here in your Vita-mix and blend for about 1 minute until it looks silky and thick. You can chill the mixture right in the Vita-mix blender if you like; refrigerate for 2-4 hours at the minimum. Then you can pour the ice cream base into your ice cream maker and follow the instructions based on whatever consistency you're looking for. Freezing the mixture in a container without an ice cream machine is an okay option too; it tends to get quite hard and will need to sit at room temperature for a while before serving if you opt for this approach.
