Interesting thought, Lakia. Functionally, we'd imagine that would work ok, but we're not sure about the flavor. As you probably know, blackstrap molasses has a fairly bittersweet flavor and could be rather over-powering. What about using part blackstrap and part honey or maple syrup for balance? We'd be more tempted to use it in part, rather than in whole here. Mollie@KAF
