I'm planning on making this ice cream in the next day or so...I could not locate any xanthin gum & purchased some arrowroot powder instead. Do I need to heat this up in some of the liquid---if so what's the best process? Thank you so much & am anxiously waiting for my bowl to freeze !!! :-))
