Hi just bought ice cream maker and I tried to make the dairy free strawberry ice cream using reduced fat coconut milk and soy milk with 2 egg yolks. It didn't thicken in my machine after half an hour churning.my machine stopped. Ended up pouring it into container and Hoping it will freeze. Bowl was in freezer for 24 hours. Mix was chilled for 4 hrs. Any ideas where I went wrong?😞
