Hello! I love your ideas for the base. I want to use almond milk since that is our go to household milk. And the taste is highly preferred by all of us. My ice cream machine is a soft server, so what would be your recommendation for consistency? I'm new to all this because I'm new to the search for a delicious dairy free ice cream. I developed lactose intolerance & several digestion disorders over the past couple years of my life. So learning to live dairy free this late in life has been quite the challenge as you could imagine. Especially when you love dairy a whole lot.... I miss ice cream! Also I'm wondering if you have any ideas on good frozen yogurt, and how I'd go about making it in a soft server? Of all dairy yogurt is the only one that my digestive will welcome, and I'm assuming it's because of all that good bacteria. Anyway, any tips from anyone will be greatly appreciated.
