Hi, I am reading this post and I was just wondering if I can make a creamy ice cream base with: soy or almond milk, eggs and corstrach? In what proportions of each one? For religious reasons I don't eat dairy.... and where I am living for the same reason there are only a few products that I can use. Thank you very much in advance!
