Greetings: Being severely allergic to dairy, due to a tick bite, I am excited to see this recipe for homemade dairy free ice cream. My question is how would one make this without an ice cream maker? Can this been poured into a glass oblong dish and stirred with a fork every hour or so to replicate the stirring an ice cream maker does? Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
