I made this yesterday and although I liked the flavor, the whip cream/mascarpone cheese was way too runny. I put it in the fridge hoping it would set more. If there is a next time I would add just enough whip cream to be able to spread instead of almost pouring onto the sponge cake. Kind of disappointing especially after paying almost 10 dollars for the mascarpone cheese!
