Strawberries? A pound of mascarpone? Sign me up! Looks like a cake that works for both casual and more formal situations. I could even see this as a wedding cake. Our local farmer's markets are kicking into gear and I have a pint of strawberries sitting in my fridge. If any survive my snackathon I might try this cake out!
