I love banana cream pie and make from scratch. It is the only way to make most everything. Thanks for the tip about the crust. I always mix my bananas in the cream, not placing on the bottom. I always see recipes that place on bottom only. My Mom always put the bananas in the cream mixture, so I do as well. Jackie
