Dear Pat, I love your blog. As far as scones go they are one of my favorite things to bake & share.
Regarding fillings I was thinking about poppy seed filling. With my Easter European roots, poppy seeds are a favorite of mine & filling scones with it sounds tempting. I am also using poppy seed filling for Russian Tea biscuits. SO delicious. Thanks for all the information & experiences you share.
