Hi Beth! Using a dehydrator is not something that we have tried. We would be concerned that the temperature could get a bit too warm (since every brand of dehydrator may heat on a different cycle.) Letting it dry out over the course of a few days at room temperature has always given us perfect results...it is what we really recommend. Happy Baking!
