Thank you for all of the great information you provide! I am trying to print this technique for drying the starter, and there is no print option (print button is on the recipes). If I just tell the computer to print, it superimposes 2 pages on the same one. Not sure if that is a problem with your page formatting or my computer. Thanks in advance for any help.
