Hi Kenny, as long as it doesn't get over 107F you're probably fine, but I really wouldn't want to go any warmer than that, so make sure that the oven doesn't rise higher over time. To be on the safe side, you may want to just dry it at room temperature. I always recommend storing some starter at the back of your refrigerator as well, in case the drying process doesn't work as planned. A mature, well-maintained starter will last for several months in the refrigerator without regular feedings, although it will likely take a few days of twice a day feedings at room temperature to restore it to its normal rising behavior and aroma after an extended stay in the fridge.
