just curious, what is lukewarm? Is it 80 to 90º, or 105 to 115º? I've seen various thoughts.
My dried took a lot longer to wake than I'd have thought, but I think after 4 days and a couple discards, I think I'm finally there ..... I hope.
So tired of soft supermarket multi grain bread. Much of which is like brown wonderbread.
