Nancy Williams March 8, 2021 at 9:49am I have just completed the drying process and noticed a darker color in some of the pieces. I normally feed the starter with KA Whole Wheat flour, so it is a tan color. The spots I see look more gray. Is this normal? Should I discard them? Thanks! Reply
