I want to try to dry some of my starter since it is becoming prolific. In step #1 you say to take the starter from the frig and feed it with equal amounts of water and flour. If I have about 1 cup of bubbly starter should I still feed it first and how much water and flour should I feed it? I am assuming I do not discard any of the starter when feeding. Am I correct?
