I'd add some dark rye flour to the feed. Just substitute half of the flour with dark rye for two or three feedings and it should start to bubble up. After it looks alive and happy add a tiny portion of dark rye to the regular feeding as whole grains love Love LOVE to gather wild yeast. I've had success with this method.
