My first attempt with no knead recipe. Not too successful, but I’ll try again. Schedule challenge, so I refrigerated the bulk rise overnight which may have contributed to the problem. Then, to fold and shape. Ugh. Wet, sticky goo. Added about 1/3 C or more flour trying to get past the sticky stage. No bannaton basket so used a bowl & towel. Kinda poured on to the parchment paper to the dutch oven. Very modest rise in the oven. Very crusty, not much browning but I love the flavor. Suggestions? Hints?
