Glad go here you’re switching all recipes to grams. I used to bake years ago using cups and ounces, but after getting back into it again after many years and reading about bakers percentages I bought a scale and now measure everything. It requires a lot less calculations and allows for more consistency as flour hydration is no longer an issue.
