Hi, I am new to working with sourdough, and am excited to see this post! My question is actually a request. I wanted to print out the drying directions so that I could keep them with my dried starter. It took seven sheets of paper printed on both sides to capture the basic information! Would it be possible for you/King Arthur to make posts such as this more printer friendly? I don’t want to lose track of the instructions. Thanks!
