I had just read about and dehydrated some of my starter! I live in New Orleans so I get hot and humid. The first 8 days of October were over 90 degrees. I had to comment on the chinking. Wonderful story! I was feeding my ‘big sleezy’ the other day I told my husband next time we have a bad hurricane not to worry. We have glue, wire wrapping, roof repair, food, yada yada yada! What a wonderful thing nature has given us. Thank you for sharing that story.
