Thank you for this blog. I just now went to bring my crock from the fridge as we had taken a few days off. Oh no! My beautiful KAF crock slipped from my hands and smashed on the floor! Thankfully I have my dehydrated starter stash in the pantry and I’ve started rehydrating. Now I must order a new crock. Love my crock!
