Mary, you could try reconstituting all of it, but it would get fairly unwieldy. In addition to eight times the amount of starter, you'd need to feed it eight times the flour and eight times the water stated, which would require a VERY large container. Feel free to use up or give away the rest of your starter instead of dehydrating it if you like! Kat@KAF
