Thank you so much for the thorough steps to do this! I started out on cookie sheets in the light only oven and noticed a lot of condensation (Houston area humidity is not a joke) and became concerned about mold problems like someone else had. So I moved my parchment to cookie cooling racks in the lighted oven. It took 5 days but it worked perfectly! I hope that is okay here.
