I move north to Vermont in the summer and south to Florida in the winter and use your dierctions to dry my starter and take it as chips each way. It revives beautifully and my weekly sour dough bread varieties continue to amke us smile. Have shared with a dear friend and my starter is becoming famous😁. I should say your sourdough as it started with yours.thank you.
