Keep up the regular feedings, Kathy. Try using warm water when feeding your starter if your kitchen is cool. Soon enough you'll see bubbles; it may be because you've essentially made a new starter or rehydrated your old starter. Either way, keep up with regular feedings each day. You can try spacing out the feedings more so that they're 24 hours apart if you're currently feeding it every 12 hours. Sometimes a little neglect is just what starters need to get into shape.
