We hope you'll consider drying a portion of your starter, Regine, to see if you like the results. It's always a good idea to keep at least a portion of your starter alive and well as you're experimenting with storage methods, just in case any don't turn out the way you hoped they would. You just might find that drying is the easiest, more preferred method of keeping your starter. Good luck! Kye@KAF
