The chocolate one was an experiment that turned out very well, although it is "persnickety" and tends to get hoochy quicker than my regular one. I made it by taking the "throwaway" cup from the regular starter and added a couple pinches of powdered baking chocolate, some coconut flour and a smidge of rye and whole wheat. It doesn't have a very, very chocolate taste...when used in the breads it kind of sits in the back but you know it's there. Not overpoweringly screaming chocolate at all :) I'd love to hear from you folks if you try it. I'm going to give a whirl at drying some at next feeding.
I did have two others....an apricot one and a cranberry one around Thanksgiving and Christmas. They were delicious but I couldn't keep up with feeding four different starters hehe
