Excellent. I’ve just started on the sourdough journey. My starter is only 8 weeks young and has made some great bread so far. I’m permanently nomadic (house sitter) and need to be able to store & revive on a regular basis as I travel. I’m thinking I may keep a library of dried starters as they evolve. This first one was born in Switzerland, next stop is San Francisco so hopefully it will pick up some of that SF secret!
