I had a great starter about 20 years ago for Amish Friendship Bread recipe and I made a great cake with it. It died on me due to "family" circumstances. Since it can be dried does KAF sell the dried starter or just the live? I would love to have some starter again. I think that dried starter would be much easier to mail and less costly. Also does KAF have recipes for cookies and brownies using Sourdough? Just read all the posts and info about starters, feeding etc. Love them all. So very informative Thanx for everything!
