THANK you for the information on how to dry sourdough starter. I want to send some of what I received from an Osage Indian woman to my family in Europe. It would be most probably impossible to send it in its wet form. However, with a dried starter AND my paraphrased translation of the step-by-step reconstituting process, I hope my family's sourdough breadmaking outcome will be a fantastic one. Thanks again.
