Jan, I'm not sure which cookie recipe you're referring to, but I'm going to try to give you some insight on alternative sugars. We haven't tested Truvia, but have tested Splenda a little bit, and we've found that it works best in recipes that have higher amounts of moisture, like muffins and quick breads.
