Hi Ross, we appreciate your detail-oriented question. The reason why some of the larger amounts in this chart may be slightly different than what you see elsewhere is because of a factor of rounding. We round to the nearest eighth when working in ounces, and then the gram measurement is determined from there. These smaller quantities are scaled up to get the larger amounts, which may include a slight rounding variable. We use the ingredient weights listed within the chart to develop our recipes, so as long as you use the quantities displayed within the recipes, you should have success.
