I'm still measuring using cups. Doesn't matter to me if the muffins are perfectly uniform. Another twist on this is to make muffins from a yellow cake recipe - our fave addin is blueberries! Yum!!! I have some frozen rhubarb I need to use. Maybe I'll try that next. Finally I love your donut muffin recipe! Next I need to buy one of your donut pans...maybe I'll treat myself (and family) for Christmas.
