The video says to beat the butter & sugar mixture for 2 minutes, scrape down the bowl, then beat for another 2 minutes. The text says "a moderate speed (typically speed 3 to 4 on a stand mixer) for 2 to 3 minutes is sufficient" with no pause to scrape the bowl.

For a "best practice" article, the inconsistency is puzzling.
