When it comes to weighing flour, there is no standardized weight for a cup of flour, we weigh our all-purpose flour at 120 grams or 4 1/4 ounces per cup for our recipes. If a recipe doesn't give a weight for the flour, you can try to find an approximate weight by starting out with a lower amount of flour and slowly adding more as needed to achieve the consistency or texture they've described in their recipe, just be sure to measure how much additional flour you've added and record that number.
