My question is that in a situation where you have over mixed because you slept off, can on allow the butter nd sugar to cool before you start mixing in your ingredients or whats the remedy inother for the butter and sugar not to waste? . Let me note here that when it over mixes d quantity looks reduced maybe because its melted due to overmixing. Thanks
