Please test your techniques with not just a Kitchen Aid, but also a hand mixer (see second post above) AND with that poor, forgotten, former workhorse of the kitchen, the Mixmaster. I'm fairly sure I'm not the only reader of your blog that uses one of these. If you are truly interested in providing a good resource, it should include ALL the tools likely to be utilized for a particular technique.
