We hesitate to recommend trying to swap one of our flours for the other in our recipes, Kelly. Without gluten, recipes really depend on each exact ingredient to achieve the desired result the recipe writer intended. Each of our gluten-free products is formulated a bit differently and while it may seem like you could, for instance, gluten-free Measure for Measure flour contains cellulose, and it will not work as a swap in a recipe calling for gluten-free all purpose flour and xanthan gum. This recipe specifically calls for gluten-free All Purpose Flour and we do not recommend using the gluten-free Measure for Measure. However, with the Measure for Measure flour you could use any of our other biscuit recipes calling for wheat based All Purpose flour!
