Made these today and they were great. I’d cut the baking down to 20 mins instead of 25 next time. The dough came together much like brioche and I kneaded in my kitchen aide for a good ten minutes. I weighed all my ingredients after reading negative comments on the dough being sticky. These aren’t as sweet as store bought Hawaiian buns which is a good thing. For me they tasted healthier and the kids thought so too as we stay away from processed store bought as much as possible.
